When is your brand established?

Aaliyah is incorporated and registered in CANADA since 2022. 

 

Do you have a retail store?

We don't have a retail store but studio in Toronto, CANADA.

 

GEMS & JEWELLERY

What are the pieces made of?

All our jewellery are made from high quality materials and mentioned in the item description. We provide 925 Silver, 925 Silver Gold Plated, 14K Gold Filled, 18K Gold, and Platinum master pieces. For gems, we have Japanese Akoya Seawater Pearls, Freshwater Pearls, Quartz and Diamonds. All of them are natural and sourced from among the world.

 

Where are the materials from?

Most of our materials are imported directly from Japan, Italy, the US, Brazil etc.

 

Are the pieces handmade or mass manufactured?

Most of the pieces are handmade while some of them (eg. custom jewellery) are manufactured by factory. It will be mentioned in the item description.

 

What should I do for jewellery care?

  • Avoid your jewellery contact with water, exposure to high temperatures;
  • Take off your jewellery when exercising to protect it from knocks and scratches;
  • Take off your jewellery when handling corrosive products including gardening or any vigorous activities;
  • Apply perfume and make-up before putting on your jewellery, that certain chemicals in cosmetic products may discolour, stain or damage your jewellery; and
  • Store and transport pieces of jewellery individually in the pouch.

When will my order arrive?

All depending on your country and region. Please refer to our Shipping Policy.

 

RETURN POLICY

Can I return the item?

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we would be happy to credit back to you or refund within 30 days from the shipping date. Please note that returned items must be unworn and in new condition. Items not in original new condition will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

* Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene concerns. 

*FINAL SALE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. 

All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping cost associated with sending your refund back will be the responsibility of the customer.

I have received a broken delivery, could you help me?

We will check the quality of the goods and make sure packaging is proper before shipping to avoid damage during transit. If the goods arrived with damages or unreasonable faulty, please contact us within 3 days after delivered for following up.
