PROCESSING AND DISPATCH
After your order has been placed, the spot goods will generally be shipped out from our Toronto Studio within 5 working days, and the goods of customised orders will be shipped normally within 14 to 21 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). If there are special conditions, the shipment will be affected and we will make further notice on the time.
FOR CANADA DOMESTIC,
Free delivery services are provided for all online order(s) on $100 and over.
Standard Shipping: 4-10 business days
FOR US,
Standard Shipping: 4-10 business days
FOR INTERNATIONAL,
Non-tracking Shipping: 10-21 business days
Tracked Shipping: 6-14 business days
*Due to the impact of the epidemic and holidays, the delivery time may be delayed
***Note: AALIYAH is not responsible for the following conditions:
- Lost Parcel
- Undelivered/Returned Parcel due to incorrect/incomplete/invalid/non-existent address provided
- Undelivered/Returned Parcel due to addressee has moved without giving a Mail Forwarding request or the request has expired
- Undelivered/Returned Parcel due to addressee refuses the item
- Postal service delays
- Items damaged during shipment
All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping cost associated with sending your refund back will be the responsibility of the customer.
